MAXI MOBILE SAFETY STEPS The Maxi Step Range is manufactured in our own workshops, to a high standard, using 25.4mm (1”- 16SWG) ERW steel tube frames, and slip resistant treads.

MAXI STEPS
2 - 4 Tread
The 2 - 4 Tread range are manoeuvred,
using four spring-loaded 75mm rubber tyred castors.
However, if the 2 - 4 Tread range is built with an extended platform, the wheel arrangement is the same as for the 5 - 6 Tread range.
MAXI STEPS 5 - 6 TREAD & 7 - 21 TREAD
The 5 - 6 Tread & 7 - 15 Tread ranges are manoeuvred using 200mm rubber tyred wheels at the rear with a 100mm nylon swivel castor mounted in a footlock, at the front.
7 - 15 Tread range. The top platform depth is 400mm as standard and is only available in 762mm tread width, for your safety.
The 7 - 15 Tread range folds down for ease of transport.
MAXI STEPS 16 - 21 TREAD
The 16 - 21 Tread range is manufactured in two parts. A 12 Tread front section with a tower section that bolts securely to it, taking the steps to the required height. (The front section folds for transport)
The top platform depth is 600mm and is only available in Metal Treads, for safety reasons.
The rear of these “monsters” have the 200mm rubber tyres, and the front has 2 x 100mm nylon swivel castor mounted in a hand operated leverlock.
BASIC OPTIONS AVAILABLE
Handlock in place of footlock.
Safety gate bar on handlock.
Handrail on one side only.
Increase depth of top platform in 200mm increments.
Tubular gates fitted to your requirements.
Metal work shelf fitted to the top handrail (500 x 300 x 40mm deep).
