The heavy duty safety steps 16-21 tread are a fully welded construction. They have an easy climb angle of 53° and a triple tread platform. They are a 2 part construction. The front section is a 12 tread set of steps that are bolted to the rear tower section that contains the remaining treads (all bolts supplied). The steps have a hand operated brake. For your safety, the only tread option is expanded metal. Please note, that due to their size, these steps are non-returnable.
We manufacture most of our online range of safety steps and trolleys at our factory using manufacturing procedures that conform to available EU standards and carrying capacities to the guidelines in the Manual Handling Directive.
