Carriage
We do not ship internationally.
Included in the price subject to the exceptions below:
- There may be a surcharge for urgent deliveries.
- There may be a surcharge for the post codes below.
- Scotland AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, IV, KA, KW, ML. PA, PH
- Wales CF, LD, LL, NP, SA, SY
- West Country TR, PL, TQ, TA, EX, DT
- Heavy Duty Steps 16-21 Tread – due to their size, price is dependent on location.
- Wheels and castors 4 or more – included.
- Wheels and castors less than 4 – £7.50
Damaged Deliveries
While most deliveries are straightforward, sometimes things go wrong and we do our best to rectify it as soon as possible. However you can help as indicated below.
- Please inspect your goods before signing for them.
- If the delivery is by carrier (e.g. Tuffnells) and is damaged, reject delivery unless it is a simple fix and you are confident you can do it yourself (e.g. change a wheel).
- If the delivery is by our lorry, ring us and we will advise the best way to proceed.
Failure to follow the above may result in additional costs.
Returns
If goods are faulty, we will repair or replace free of charge.
If goods are ordered incorrectly, we will exchange them for the correct item, but there will be additional carriage charges.
If goods are not wanted, you have 14 days to from receipt to let us know. After inspection we will issue a credit note, less 10% re-stocking and all carriage charges. (Any damage above reasonable carrier damage may be charged).
